With this percentile it is unlikely for you to get a seat in any NIT or IIIT, since generally the cutoff for such colleges closes around 94 percentile for OBC category. Your estimated OBC rank will be around 45000. To get a decent branch in any NIT/IIIT your category rank

No, the NEET roll number and HSC state board exam seat number are entirely different.
NEET roll number is given in the admit card at the of release of admit card after you fill the NEET form for the exam
