As far the seat allotment is concerned it should contain all the relevant details like your rank ,your application number ,your photograph.

Applicants have to submit the seat allotment fee of 110000 before 2nd June. This does not gurantee your admission in srm. After this there will verification

Your st rank will be around 5000.

With above  rank, you have decent  chances in IIITs but for lower IIITs like IIIT Agartala.
