Can you please specify what counselling are you referring to? In any case, the refund amount is usually transferred electronically and it is transferred usually after the counselling procedure is finished i.e. within 7-8 Days for DebitCard/Online Transactions and 15-30 Days (next billing cycle) for Credit Card transaction.
