It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination

You have not mentioned which state you belong to. With a score of 415 in sc category, getting a medical seat in all india quota is not possible. There are chances in state quotas, but it depends on the state of yours. Yet, ranks and scores vary each

With 214000 All India Rank it is almost impossible for you to get any government college for MBBS or BDS. You can opt for privated medical colleges or go for management quota seats. Eevn for BDS in Andhra Pradesh unedr state quota in government college you will need atleast
