monag2673 8th Aug, 2024

Yes, you can apply again in the third phase of EAMCET counseling. Cancelling a seat in a previous phase doesn't bar you from participating in subsequent rounds.

However, you'll have to go through the entire process again:

  • Registration: If you haven't registered previously, you'll need to complete the registration process.
  • Document Verification: You'll have to undergo document verification again.
  • Option Entry: You'll need to enter your college preferences afresh.

Important Note:

  • Refund: You might be eligible for a refund of the seat acceptance fee paid in the previous round. Check the EAMCET guidelines for details.
  • Seat Availability: The availability of seats in the third round might be limited compared to the first and second rounds.

By following these steps, you can participate in the third phase of EAMCET counseling and explore new options.

I got 93.3percentile in jee mains 2024 Soo..can I get seat in cbit through mains in cse

Prachi Kumari 5th Aug, 2024

Hello,

With a 93.3 percentile in JEE Mains, getting a seat in CSE at CBIT might be challenging if you are from the general category, as the cutoffs are usually quite competitive. However, if you belong to a reserved category or have a home state quota, your chances improve.

Estimating Your Chances:

  1. Percentile to Rank Conversion : A 93.3 percentile in JEE Mains typically translates to an approximate rank of around 70,000 to 80,000. This is a rough estimate and can vary.

  2. Previous Year Cutoffs :

    • In 2023, the closing rank for CSE in CBIT through JEE Mains for the general category was around 20,000 to 30,000.
    • For reserved categories, the cutoff ranks were higher (lower numerical rank).

monag2673 12th Aug, 2024

Predicting admission based solely on a score can be challenging as several factors influence the final selection.

Factors Affecting Admission:

  • Cut-off Ranks: The previous year's cut-off ranks for different categories can provide a general idea. However, these can fluctuate based on several factors including the number of applicants, difficulty of the exam, and available seats.
  • Category: Your category (General, OBC, SC, ST, etc.) significantly impacts your chances as there are reserved seats for each category.
  • Seat Availability: The number of seats available for your preferred course within SDM Hassan also plays a crucial role.

Recommended Steps:

  1. Check Previous Year Cutoffs: Look for the previous year's cut-off ranks for SDM Hassan, considering your category. This will give you a rough estimate.
  2. Consider Other Factors: Keep in mind the factors mentioned above as they can influence the final selection.
  3. Explore Other Options: While waiting for the results, explore other colleges or courses that match your interests and rank.

Important Note: The best way to determine your chances is to participate in the counseling process and follow the guidelines provided by the admission authority.

monag2673 8th Aug, 2024

Securing a seat in AJ Medical College with a NEET score of 535 would be challenging.

The competition for MBBS seats in top medical colleges is intense, and securing a seat depends on various factors like:

  • Category: Your category (General, OBC, SC, ST, etc.) will influence your chances.
  • State Quota: If you belong to Karnataka, you might have an advantage in state quota seats.
  • Cutoffs: The previous year's cutoffs for AJ Medical College will give you a better idea.
