For getting IIT seat via JEE Advanced your score must be around 200 or 210. And the minimum marks around 150-160(General) to get any branch in any IIT institute because there are only around 11,000 seats available in all the IITs.

Dear Candidate,
As per the information of JOSSA, they will refund your fees if you had withdrawn your seat till the second round and after that, they don't pay little more than the actual amount. But they will take some counseling charges around 2000 or 3000.
