As per your query if you are a general category student then it will be difficult for you to get admission in Aditya College Surampalem with IT branch. As per previous year cutoff for IT branch was near about 18000 for general category.

For 148 marks you have a very less chance in getting admission in government medical colleges. Keam rank is calculated by adding both board and entrance score. Both are added and total mark is calculated out of 600. A 300+ mark out off 600 ensures a government seat

Since the NITs Cut-off (2022) for B. Tech Electrical Engineering is not yet released by the authorities, you can go through the previous years’ cut-off to have an idea.

In 2021, the cut-off for OBC-NCL was between 4000 to 9000 for other state applicants.
