For getting admission in NITs you need to get a rank within 30000(not category rank all india rank). Coming to ews there is 10% increment. So cut off rank won't go much lower. Clr 40-50k will be needed for NITs. But there are many other private engineering colleges
On such EWS rank you have no chances to get seat in any of the NITs or IIITs or GFTIs. You can get an idea from previous year's closing ranks available on the official website :-
