I have gotten admission on management seat in an engineering college in kerala.they are asking for data sheet of keam .I have not given any options for my first allotment and not paid 2000 for giving options.would I still get the datasheet?

Asmee Biswas 4th Aug, 2024

Hello Sugunan,

In Kerala's KEAM (Kerala Engineering, Architecture, and Medical) admission process, the data sheet is typically required for the allotment process. If you have not paid the 2000 fee for giving options or provided any options for the 1st allotment, it's likely that your allotment status may not be processed as expected.

Heres what you can do:

1. Contact the College: Reach out to the engineering college where you have secured admission to explain your situation. They may provide guidance on how to proceed or whether there are any alternatives.

2. Contact KEAM Help Desk: Reach out to the KEAM admission help desk or the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) for clarification on whether you can still receive the data sheet and complete the process.

3. Check KEAM Portal: Log in to your KEAM account and check for any updates or instructions related to your admission status and the necessary documents.

Addressing the issue promptly will help ensure you meet all necessary requirements for your admission.

Hi, my bnys rank is 1,13,000 can I get seat in it.

Kanishka kaushikii 2nd Aug, 2024

Unfortunately, with a BNYS rank of 1,13,000, it's highly unlikely that you'll secure a seat in a government college. However, you still have options of other colleges like:

Private Colleges: Many private colleges offer BNYS programs. They might have different admission criteria and fees.

Management Quota: Some colleges have management quota seats, which can be filled at a higher fee.

Other Paramedical Courses: Consider exploring other paramedical courses based on your interest and eligibility.

It is important to check the cutoff ranks for the previous year to get a better idea of your chances.

I completed my Btech in mechanical engg and took the TSPGECET in Computer Science. and I qualified the exm. Will I be able to get a seat in Computer Science for M.tech ?

kumardurgesh1802 3rd Aug, 2024

Hello there,

Yes, you can pursue M.Tech in Computer Science even though your B.Tech is in Mechanical Engineering, as long as you qualify for the TS PGECET in Computer Science. Here’s what you need to know:

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification : You must have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and have qualified for the TS PGECET in the relevant subject.

  • Stream Change : Many universities allow students to switch streams from B.Tech to M.Tech, but specific eligibility criteria might vary by institution.

    Admission Process

  • Counseling : Participate in the TS PGECET counseling process where you can select Computer Science as your preferred course.

  • Seat Allotment : Seats are allotted based on your TS PGECET rank and the availability of seats in the desired branch.

    Some Tips:

  • Check University Requirements : Some universities might have additional prerequisites or bridge courses for students changing their stream.

  • Document Verification : Ensure you have all required documents, including your B.Tech degree, TS PGECET scorecard, and any additional certifications.

For specific details, refer to the official TS PGECET website and the admission guidelines of the universities you are interested in.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

I got seat in one college in 1st round and I did t go for 2nd round options but I got new allotment order for 2nd phase for same college when should I submit originals at college in person?

monag2673 8th Aug, 2024

You should submit your original documents at the college allotted in the second phase within the specified deadline.

Even though you've been allotted the same college in both rounds, the second allotment essentially replaces the first one. To confirm your admission and avoid any issues, it's crucial to complete the document verification process as per the schedule for the second phase.

Ignoring this might lead to complications later, such as issues with fee payment, attendance, or other academic matters.

Adhering to the second phase's timeline for document submission is essential for a smooth admission process.

hope this helps you!!

with381 mark in neet ug 2024 can i get seat in esic coimbatore atleast in 3rd round ???.

sai raja 1st Aug, 2024

Based on the information provided in the search results, it is difficult to determine if you can secure a seat at ESIC Medical College, Coimbatore with a NEET UG 2024 score of 381. Here are a few key points:

- The search results do not include the NEET UG 2024 cut-off marks for ESIC Medical College, Coimbatore specifically

- ESIC Medical College, Coimbatore has a total of 100 MBBS seats, with 20% reserved for ESIC Stakeholders, 15% for All India Quota, and 65% for State Quota

- The NEET UG 2024 cut-off will depend on factors like the number of applicants, difficulty level of the exam, and previous year's admission records

- Candidates are advised to fill their preferences during counseling based on their NEET UG 2024 rank

To get a more accurate assessment, I recommend:

1. Checking the NEET UG 2024 cut-off marks for ESIC Medical College, Coimbatore once they are officially released.

2. Comparing your rank with the cut-offs for the ESIC Stakeholders quota, as 20% of the seats are reserved under this category.

3. Consulting the college directly or referring to the official counseling information for the most up-to-date guidance.

Without knowing the final NEET UG 2024 cut-offs, it is difficult to predict if you will get a seat in the 3rd round. Keep a close eye on the official announcements and participate actively in the counseling process to maximize your chances.

with381 mark in neet ug 2024 can i get seat in esic coimbatore atleast in 3rd round ???

kumardurgesh1802 10th Aug, 2024

Hello there,

With 381 marks in NEET UG 2024, securing a seat in ESIC Medical College, Coimbatore, might be challenging, especially under the general category. However, admission chances can vary depending on factors like category and the specific round of counseling.

Possibility of Getting a Seat:

  • General Category : The cutoff for general category candidates at ESIC Coimbatore typically falls higher, so getting a seat with 381 marks might be difficult.

  • Reserved Category : If you belong to a reserved category (SC/ST/OBC), you might have a better chance, especially in the later rounds like the 3rd round or mop-up round.

  • 3rd Round/Mop-Up Round : Sometimes, seats remain vacant after the initial rounds, and cutoffs may drop. You might have a chance if there are leftover seats.

While it's not guaranteed, you may have a shot in the 3rd round or mop-up round, particularly if you belong to a reserved category. Keep an eye on the counseling process and be ready to participate in all rounds.

i joined in a govt college but iam not comfortable with that college can i transfer my seat to another govt college before 1st year

monag2673 1st Aug, 2024

Transferring your seat from one government college to another before completing your first year is generally challenging but not impossible. The process and feasibility depend on the specific rules and regulations of the educational institutions and the governing bodies.

1. **University Regulations**: Each university has its own set of rules regarding transfers. You need to check the specific guidelines provided by your university. Some universities allow transfers under specific conditions such as medical reasons, or if both colleges are under the same university.

2. **Availability of Seats**: Transfer is only possible if there is a vacancy in the desired college.

3. **Approval Process**: You will likely need to obtain permission from both the principal of your current college and the principal of the prospective college. Additionally, approval from the university's registrar may be required.

4. **Documentation**: Prepare all necessary documents, such as your admission letter, academic records, and a valid reason for the transfer.

5. **Application Timing**: Transfers are typically considered at the beginning of the academic year, and deadlines are strict.

It's essential to directly contact the administrative offices of both colleges and the university to get detailed and accurate information regarding the transfer process.

Hope this helps you!!
