Yes getting a BHMS seat could be in any of the two ways through state quota as well as through All India quota. BHMS is included in AI quota seat through NEET. Plus aggregate marks in 12th for General category should be 50% and for OBC/SC/ST should be 45%

If you dont report to the college that you secured in phase two with your allotment order within the allocated time you will loose both seats in phase
