Yes you can leave the seat and grab the one that you prefer more. But every college has it's own different rules and policies. It's better to talk to the admission or management department of your college as soon as possible and get your doubts cleared about the process
If you have a bond then you have to offer the bond money in order to leave the seat. Now apart from this if you don't have any bond (which is quite unoften) then you have to pay some fixed amount as a compensation which will be introduced to you
