cutoffs are only published for IIT's and not CIT.

but for Central Institute of Technology (CIT) Kokrajhar if you happen to be an unreserved candidate, then anywhere above 65 marks should put you into the merit list and hence you can estimate.

In UCEED 2019 , minimum marks for SC is 50 and percentage of marks in each section is 5 . Closing ranks for SC in 2018 for 1st round for IIT Bombay -7 , IIT Guwahati -15, IIT Jabalpur - 23. And 3rd round cutoffs were IIT Jabalpur - 37 , IIT Guwahati -30. 

So i doubt a rank of 123 can get you an admission.

The important information related to the declaration of the results is listed below for the reference of the applicants:

• Applicants will be able to get the results in the month of February 2021.
• Results will be announced in online mode on the official website of the university.
• Applicants need to visit the official website of the university in order to see the results using the login credentials (user Id and password).
• Applicants are instructed to download the result from the website and keep some copies of the same.
• Along with the declaration of the results, authorities will prepare a rank list of the applicants.
• Rank list will be made on the basis of the marks achieved by the applicant in the entrance exam.
• Applicants are instructed to keep the result safely as it will be needed for further admission procedure.

• Authority will invite applicants for further admission procedure after the declaration of the results.
• Counselling session will be based on the rank list prepared by the authority.

• Applicants are instructed to pay the admission fee at the time fo counselling.

Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) is conducted by IIT Bombay under the guidance of UCEED-CEED Implementation Committee every year to offer admission to eligible candidates in Bachelor of Design (BDes) programmes offered at colleges accepting UCEED scores.You can try for IIIT Delhi as every year cutoff changes you may get it even though there is very less chance of getting a seat their.

The Age Criteria for UCEED is as follows -

Candidates of open category or OBC – NCL category must have been born on or after October 1, 1995. Candidates belonging to ST/SC/PWD category must have been born on or after October 1, 1990. If you fulfill this criterion then yes you can sit in UCEED 2020. 

Now please remember UCEED 2020 Online Application Form will be released in the second week of October 2019. The last date to fill and submit the application is until the second week of November 2019.

Not only in UCEED but in almost all competitive exams students can appear without their 12th results and counselling happens after the 12th result. And if you couldnot clear the boards cutoff or fail in any subject then you will lose your eligibilty for the exam and you cant appear for the counselling.

UCEED is conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay under the guidance of UCEED Admissions committee. UCEED is a national level entrance test organized for admission into undergraduate design (B.Des) courses. Admission will be offered by the various participating institutions like IIT Guwahati, IIT Bombay, IIITDM Jabalpur and many others.
