It is difficult to predict your rank as of now. But based on your current marks and previous years cutoff you may not get admission in any of the IITs because there are in total only 26 seats for OBC-NCL candidates in the three IITs providing the course (7 seats each in IITB, 8 in IIITMJ and 11 seats in IITG). You need to wait for the official declaration of the rank list. You can check the below link for previous years cutoff trends.

you have more chance in getting into both IIT and IIIt college.

I expect 170 mark in UCEED 2019 OBC category. What will be my rank? 

The UCEED(Undergraduate common  entrance exam for design) 2019 is more difficult when compared to 2018......because the candidate has to attempt total 85 questions ,these 85 questions are divided into three catogeries

1*numerical answer type(NAT) this section was time taking

2*MSQ(MULTIPLE SECTION QUESTIONS)  this sction was tricky...ananlytical questions to be extruded from the comprehension had some english sentences

3*MCQ (MULTIPLE CORRECT QUESTIONS) this is little easy when compared to above two sections ....now since these being the only ones bearing negative,one had to be cautious enough

We can't predict this year cutt off but Cutt off is depend upon some factors:

•  Total number of candidates who appeared in UCEED 2019 
•  Total number of seats available 
•  Difficulty level of the entrance test 
•  Past Years cutoff trends
  

According to me there will be less difference bw previous year cutt off and this years cutt off.
