Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) is an entrance examination conducted by Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. It is a joint entrance examination for admission into Bachelor of Design programs in IIT-Bombay, IIT-Guwahati and IITDM-Jabalpur. Students from any academic stream (e.g. science, arts & humanities, commerce etc.) in their XII standard (or equivalent), are eligible to apply for UCEED.

Eligibility criteria for applying for B.Des programs-

To apply for admission, a candidate is required to fulfill the following criteria-

1. Age limit- The candidate should have been born on or after October 1, 1993 if belonging to the OPEN or OBC-NCL category and, on or after October 1, 1988 if belonging to the SC, ST or Person with Disabilities category.

2. UCEED Qualification- The candidate should have qualified i.e. obtained a rank in UCEED.

3. Qualifying Examination- The candidate should have passed the qualifying examination (Class XII or equivalent) in 2017 or 2018. Those who appeared for the first time in their qualifying examination in 2016 or earlier are not eligible.

No, IIT Hyderabad doesn't accept UCEED scores for undergraduates. Colleges accepting its score are-

Right now it will be difficult to say about rank with score.Rank list depends upon level of paper and number of applicants that appears in examination.To qualify in UCEED your score should be at least 100 ,this is previous year cuttoff trends.To get IITs for  pursuing bachelor of design your rank should be under 100 in general quota and at least 92% percentage in 12th boards.Wait till rank declares by IIT Bombay.
