The authorities of UCEED does not disclose any information regarding cutoffs. You will have to wait till the result is officially announced on February 18.

 150 for IIT Bombay and 130 for IIT Guwahati. (might change also)

As per the eligibility criteria of UCEED 2018, there is no such requirement of percentage of marks of high marks in the qualifying examination, however, you must perform well in UCEED to get a seat at the participating institutes.

With this rank, it's seems to be quite difficult that you will get a seat at IIITDM (as there are only 105 seats across IIT-Guwahati, IIT Bombay and IIITDM).  With your rank in OBC, you may get a seat in IIIT Delhi, however, that also depends on the
