JD Institute of Fashion Technology GAT 2025: Registration, Dates, Eligibility, Pattern, Syllabus, Preparation

The aspirants willing to appear for the  JD Institute of Fashion Technology General Aptitude Test must meet the following eligibility criteria 2025. The GAT 2025 eligibility criteria is available online at the official website - jdinstitute.ac.in. Candidates to go through the GAT eligibility criteria 2025 as mentioned below.

For Undergraduate programmes:

• The candidate must have completed class 12  from a recognized board in any discipline.

For Postgraduate programmes:

• The candidate must have completed graduation or a 3-year diploma from a recognized university in any discipline.

For Postgraduate programmes (Industrial collaboration with Subharti University, Meerut):

• Candidate must have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.

The authorities at JD Institute of Fashion Technology released the GAT 2025 application form at its official website -  jdinstitute.ac.in. The JD GAT application form 2025 has to be submitted in online mode. The aspirants have to pay the application fee online and submit it before the JD GAT 2025 application form last date.

Documents required to fill out the JD GAT application form

• A scanned copy of the photograph

• Class 10 & 12 certificates

• Mark sheet of the qualifying diploma

• Bachelor’s degree certificate

How to fill out and apply for the JD GAT application form 2025?

•  Applicants to visit the official website  - jdinstitute.ac.in.

• Click on apply now or log on to admission.jdinstitute.ac.in.

• Candidates have to register as new user and fill out the form.

• A verification email and message will be sent to the registered number. 

• Once verified, the candidates will be redirected to fill out the GAT application form.

• Fill in all the required fields in the JD GAT application form.

• Upload a passport-size photograph scanned image.

• Upload the required documents ( class 10th, 12 & graduation).

• Pay the application fee through online mode (credit/debit card, net banking or UPI).

• Submit the JD GAT application form.

• Take a printout of the completed application form for future reference.

Note: Candidates have to get the receipt and acknowledgement signed by the admissions department for any of the payments made.

The authority specifies the JD GAT 2025 exam pattern on the official website. JD Institute of Fashion Technology General Aptitude Test 2025 will be held in online format. The candidates are required to go through the JD GAT exam pattern 2025 clearly to start preparation.

JD GAT Paper Pattern

The candidates who qualify the JD GAT entrance exam 2025 will be shortlisted and forwarded to the next round called as Personal Interaction round. The marking scheme is divided into two parts of a ratio of 60:40, where Creative is assigned 60% and the interview is 40%.

The candidates appearing for the GAT entrance exam have to report before 30 minutes of the exam. The Creative (GAT) will be held for 1 hour 30 minutes and the personal interview for 30 minutes.

Note: The authorities will not provide any prescribed syllabus for GAT. Because the candidates are assessed based on their creativity skills and interpretation of a given topic using their imagination skills.

The applicants registered will be issued with the JD GAT 2025 admit card online through email. The JD GAT admit card will be released on December 11, 2024. The candidates will receive a link to their registered email ID and have to download the JD GAT admit card 2025. The students appearing for the JD GAT entrance exam have to log in to the registered email ID using the login and credentials and click on the link that will be sent. 

Candidates must carry a hard copy (printout) of the GAT admit card to the exam centre on the examination day. Candidates appearing online have to keep a JD GAT admit card soft copy before appearing for the GAT online exam. Follow the procedure below to download the JD GAT admit card 2025.

Steps to download JD GAT 2025 admit card

• Login to the registered email dashboard using login credentials.

• Check and click on the link received as JD GAT admit card in the email.

• When clicked on the link received, it will be redirected to the GAT admit card page.

• Click on the "GAT Admit Card 2025" link.

• Check the details on the GAT 2025 admit card and click download.

• Take a printout of the downloaded pdf of the GAT admit card.

Note: Along with the GAT 2025 admit card, the candidates must carry a valid photo identity card that includes a PAN card, passport, aadhar card, or driving license.

JD Institute of Fashion Technology will release the GAT 2025 result in online mode on December 16, 2024. The JD GAT result 2025 will also be sent by the authorities through an email to the candidates. The candidates have to check their registered email ID using login credentials. The candidates who qualified for the GAT entrance exam 2025 will receive the email. The GAT 2025 results will be declared for the two rounds of test that will be held, i.e. the GAT entrance exam and the personal interaction rounds.

• Use the login credentials.

• Check the inbox and the spam folder for the JD GAT results 2025 mail.

• Open the email and check the JD GAT 2025 results.

• Take a printout of the GAT result 2025 email for further admission process.

• Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the GAT entrance exam 2025 and the personal interaction rounds.

• The weightage for each round allocated will be updated on the official website. However, as per the previous trend, for the GAT entrance exam - 60% and for the personal interaction round - 40% were allocated.

• The final admission to the JD Institute of Fashion Technology will be based on the results of the completion of two rounds.

• Candidates must confirm their seat by making the payment that will be prescribed in the official brochure or on the website.

• The shortlisted candidates must make the payment for seat confirmation. Otherwise, the admission stands cancelled and the GAT application fee paid earlier will lapse.
