The students who want to obtain NID Ahmedabad admission must fulfill certain eligibility requirements before applying for admission. The main NID DAT eligibility criteria for NID Ahmedabad admissions are listed below.

• The students must have completed 10 + 2 levels of education from any stream.
• The students must be under the age of 20 years on July 1st of the year of admission. There is a 3-year relaxation for OBC-NCL, SC, ST Students. There is also a 5-year relaxation for PWD students.

NID Ahmedabad Counselling 2027

Candidates shortlisted after the NID mains must register for the NID counselling, which is a centralised process for NID seat allotment. The detailed process of the counselling for NID Ahmedabad admission is as follows.

1. After the declaration of NID final results, the students need to submit their campus preference within the scheduled time. NID Ahmedabad must be given as the first preference.
2. In the first round of NID seat allotment, the candidates will be offered seats based on their campus preference in order of merit. The students need to pay a non-refundable token fee of Rs. 30,000.
3. After the fee payment, the students need to upload the required documents, which are as follows.

• Any valid photo identity
• Birth certificate or proof of birth
• 10th Marks sheet
• 12th Marks sheet
• Self-undertaking in the prescribed format for those students who have not yet got
• Class 12 results
