so you daughter should be less than 23 years when applying for the NIFT entrance exam.

NIFT cut off depends on total number of students appearing in exam, previous year cut off, number of seat available in each branch etc. NIFT cut off is give institution wise after the counselling and admission. To get seat in a branch of a particular NIFT campus you need to score the minimum rank provided by that particular institution. • Be creative and innovative - you need to think out of the box, and don't go for the common ideas.
• It is not enough to have good drawing/sketching skill. You must have good speed also. Work on your speed.

If you want to make a career in design but do not want to give masters again you can join a diploma course in fashion design at some university. Diploma courses are one year courses in that subject. After this you can do internships fo a bout an year at a design company and the apply for jobs once you feel that you are qualified enough and have learnt all the work
