my UCEED rank is 1126 general category can I get admission in any government college.?

Anurag Khanna 15th Jul, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

As per your All India Rank which is 1126, you will not be eligible for any government college. For rough estimation/idea of UCEED cut-off for IITDM Jabalpur closing rank was only 126 for general category, similarly for IIT Hyderabad cutoff goes only upto 76 for general category  last year So, there will be no chance of getting these colleges.

You may go for private colleges with this rank :-

  • Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab
  • Srishti Institute of Art Design and Technology, Bengaluru
  • Central Institute of Technology, Kokrajhar and likewise.

i have got 60th rank OBC-NCL in UCEED exam. any chances of getting into IITs as seats have been increased this year.

S. Saha Student Expert 6th Jul, 2020
There are around 48 seats including all four IITs i.e. IIT Bombay, Hyderabad, Jabalpur and Guwahati for OBC NCL. And your rank is 60. So there are chances that you may get admission in any of the IITs. You know the cutoffs change every year so the chances are less. Among four IITs, most of the seats are in IITDMJ. http://design.careers360.com/articles/top-colleges-accepting-uceed-score

hi my rank in uceed is 131 in sc category . will i get admission in iit design . thanks

Anurag Khanna 6th Jul, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

From UCEED you get chance to get admission into four IITs for course of Design but you should note that there are very few seats for reservation categories like SC, ST and so on a and hence there cut-off also goes very high.

With this rank and category you cannot get any of the IIT because yor reservation category your category rank should be below 30-40 than only you will have chances to get into IITs.

For more details about UCEED cut-off, refer to the link given below :-

https://design.careers360.com/articles/uceed-cutoff

However you can try for some other colleges with this score like DTU and so on. You should refer to the link given below for list of top colleges accepting UCEED score :-
