IIT Hyderabad cutoff goes from 58-90 for general category last year. IIIT Jabalpur cutoff goes till rank 154 last year. So, there will be no chance of getting these colleges.

Among IITs, IIT Bombay will be best option for your daughter but keep in mind NID is also one of the top Institute in India. If she can get that college then what could be the better option.

Your daughter has scored 89 rank in ST category in UCEED 2020 Exam. For SC category IIT Guwahati cutoff is from Rank 1-8 last year.
IIIT Jabalpur cutoff is from rank 1-11 last year.
IIT Bombay cutoff goes to 1-9 Last year. As per your daughter rank she has no chances of getting any IIT with this rank.
