As per the closing ranks for UCEED 2019 in IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati and IIT Hyderabad you do have a chance for getting admission.The closing ranks for these IITs are given below :
First Round :
IIT Bombay -21
IIT Guwahati - 60
IIT Hyderabad - 58
Second Round :
IIT Bombay -22
IIT Guwahati - 72
IIT Hyderabad - 76
Third Round :
IIT Guwahati - 77
IIT Hyderabad - 90
IIT Bombay requires AIR around 20 for admission.But you have a better chance of getting admission in IIT Guwahati and IIT Hyderabad.

According to the previous year closing ranks for UCEED it is not possible to get admission in IIT Bombay or IIT Guhawati with this rank.IIT Bombay and IIT Guhawati requires higher ranks for admission,probabily less than 30 to be safe.For a better understanding of the opening and closing ranks checkout the link given below.

CSD in IIIT deli stands for computer science and design engineering. It is one of the most sought after branched . Yes you can take admission through UCEED.
It is not mandatory to be from Delhi but if you are from Delhi quota, admission becomes easier as Delhi quota will be applicable for you.

If the marks obtained by you in UCEED are less than the minimum marks required, then you can't get admission in not only DTU but any of the govt colleges.
Therefore, I would recommend you to try for private colleges through direct admission or through their respective entrance exams.
You can get admission in IIITD - CSD through both UCEED and JEE Mains.
Along with that you will need a min. of 80% in your board exams for be eligible for IIITD.

see the number of seats for b.des in iit delhi, guwahati, IIITDM jabalpur is really less, the seat is open category in iit bombay, iit guwahat, IIITDM jabalpur is 15, 22,15, so at this score she has less chances to get into any iits, however there is other 23 institutes also offers admission apart from organizing institute. some of the top institute are

world university of design
anant national university

No uceed is for admission to bachelor of design course offered by some of the top institutes including IIT Bombay and IIT Guwahati.
To go for B arch course you need to appear for JEE main paper 2 and if you are interested in bachelor of architecture offered by IIT Kharagpur in IIT Roorkee then you need to first qualify JEE main paper 1 and then appear for JEE advanced after qualifying JEE advanced you need to appear for architecture aptitude test and once you clear architecture aptitude test then you will be able to take admission in to B Arch course offered by IIT Roorkee and IIT Kharagpur
