Presidency University School of Design Hosts ‘Flux 2026’

The School of Design at Presidency University Bengaluru recently hosted ‘Flux 2026’- a vibrant and successful experiential week showcasing the work of the design and multimedia students. The four-day programme included curated walkthroughs and workshops for school groups & pre-university students, as well as students from other design schools, to give them an idea about the kind of practical learning one does at the Presidency School of Design.

’Flux 2026’ was a celebration of creativity, skill, and innovation. Over 150 talented students from Bachelor of Design program which includes communication design, space design, game design, fashion design and game design as well as B.Sc.The multimedia programme showcased their semester work at the Experiential Week. The exhibition also provided a platform to around 45 students from the B.Des foundation to display samples of their creativity and talent. More than 1000 people visited the four-day event, including faculty, domain experts, parents and other visitors. There was a breathtaking display of artworks, sketches, products, prototypes, systems, design projects & working prototypes. Spanning from first-year beginners to fourth-year professionals, the display was a true testament to the journey of creative growth and learning.

The event was more than just an exhibition. Students had the unique opportunity to present their work, engage with peers and receive direct feedback. The event saw the attendance of notable individuals, including Mr Janak Mistry, Mr Sundar Subramaniam, Mr Arvind Lodya, Mr Mahesh Rao from the Environmental Management & Policy Research Institute (EMPRI), and representatives from the Furniture and Fittings Skills Council (FFSC). The FFSC representatives visited to explore potential collaborations in the areas of industry engagement, curriculum alignment, and skill development. FLUX is a major academic event in the calendar of the Presidency School of Design. It reinforces its commitment to experiential and process-led education. The exhibition positioned the School as a dynamic learning platform by fostering meaningful engagement with schools, parents, and the broader design community. FLUX is envisioned as an evolving platform, with future editions expanding on interdisciplinary collaboration, industry engagement and public outreach.

First of all the the eligibility criteria for  three year LLB program is  passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a reognized university  with 45% marks and in case reserved category it's 40%. Universities like DU and BHU require minimum 50% marks while universities like Kurukshetra, Rohtak, Meerut require
