On Question asked by student community
Dear Arisha,
Yes with 3612 rank you well within the cutoff range, I mean even closing rank for CSE (ALLIED with AIML) IN general category has range around 5000-5500 in recent years, and woman candidates hold 30% reservation which further improve your position.
BEST OF LUCK...
Thanks
Yes, with a general woman rank of 3612 in KIIT. You have a strong chance of securing admission in CSEAIMIKIIT Bhubaneswar.. In previous years, the closing bank of CSE general neutral was around approximately 5000 and general women ran typically closer later often between 3212 to 4898. Show the current puts you comfortably within the likely cut-off range.
Dear Candidate ,
With a NEET UG 2025 score of approximately 280 , you have a strong chance of getting admission at BDA seat at Kalinga Institute of Dental Sciences ( KIDS ) , Bhubaneswar , which is a part of KIIT university , especially if you actively participate in the counseling process and stay informed about each round's development.
Dear aspirant,
With 96 percentile in JEE MAIN, and being an OBC- NCL female candidate you have a decent chance of getting CSE in many good private colleges but not in top NITs unless your OBC rank is within 10,000 . Since you're from outside of Odisha, KIIT doesn't offer state quota advantage , but you can still get CSE there through KIITEE or direct admission if seats are available, as it’s a private university. Some good colleges for you includes Shiv Nadar University, LNCT Bhopal , MIT-WPU, Pune , SRM,VIT, Jaypee Noida . If budget allows, you will get CSE admission in top private colleges. You can visit this link given below for more information.
Good luck.

HEY THERE!!
Which to Choose?
UPES is preferable if you desire better placement percentages, updated curriculum with specialisations, and greater international exposure. The highest and average packages are also slightly improved, and the university provides good industry relations and global options.
KIIT is also an excellent private university with a good reputation, good placements, and great campus life. If you like its campus culture or location, it's still a strong option.
In general, UPES has a marginal advantage in placements and industry interaction for Computer Science.
Select according to your preferences: location, charges, campus, and specializations.
