IIT Bombay, IDC requires candidates to carry CEED 2026 important documents with them when appearing for the entrance exam. The CEED important documents include the CEED 2026 admit card and a few other documents as well. According to the schedule, the CEED Entrance exam 2026 will be conducted on January 18, 2026, on a Sunday between 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The CEED admit card 2026 is the most important document that candidates need to carry on the CEED 2026 exam day. The CEED 2026 admit card has been opened for download from January 2, 2026. Candidates who wish to rectify discrepancies in their admit card for the CEED 2026 exam can do so until January 8, 2026, 5:00 PM. Aside from the admit card, candidates also need to carry a few other documents, like a valid photo ID.

Candidates appearing for the CEED 2026 must carry the following documents for verification and entry into the examination centre. Not having the necessary documents will exempt the candidate from entering the exam centre.
A clear printout of the CEED admit card is mandatory for entry into the examination hall. The CEED 2026 admit card needs to carry the biometric information (thumb impression and photograph) before appearing for the examination. Candidates will have their thumb impressions verified again at the time of admission. It is recommended to ensure that fingerprints are clearly captured.
Aside from the CEED admit card 2026, candidates need to carry a valid photo ID proof that they can show to the exam authorities on the day of the examination. Entry will be allowed only after the photo ID is verified. The list below includes several options that candidates can carry to the entrance exam.

Candidates are advised to ensure all identity documents are original. Photocopies, scanned copies, or digital versions will not be accepted. Candidates are advised to reach the CEED examination centre 2026 well before the reporting time to complete verification and biometric procedures smoothly.
Aside from the documents specified above, candidates need to carry certain items with them to the CEED entrance examination. The list of necessary equipment has been provided below.
Ball Pen (Blue or Black): Candidates must carry their own pen for writing purposes. Candidates are advised to bring ballpoint pens with a clear case to avoid having them confiscated.
Drawing Materials: Candidates need to bring certain drawing materials for the CEED 2026 entrance exam, such as:
Pencils in a transparent pouch
A writing board (A4 size only, optional)
Candidates need not bring any sketch pens, poster colours or other colouring material for the CEED exam 2026.
