A recent colour photo where candidates face takes up 70–80% of the frame (JPEG format).
Candidates full signature on white paper (JPEG format).
Qualifying examination certificate for candidates who appeared in 2024 (only PDF format with .pdf extension accepted).
Candidates appearing for qualifying exam 2025, a certificate from the school/college principal in the specified format is mandatory (only PDF format with .pdf extension accepted).
In cases where the name differs from the Class XII certificate, a gazette notification displaying the name change is required (only PDF format with .pdf extension accepted).

Candidates seeking admission under categories such as EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, or PwD must upload the following list of documents required for UCEED application form 2025 in the prescribed format:

OBC-NCL certificate
Caste certificate (for SC),
Tribe certificate (for ST),
EWS certificate or PwD certificate (Unique Disability Identification certificate or Forms) issued by a competent authority (only PDF format with .pdf extension accepted).
Dyslexic candidates must submit FORM-DYSLEXIC 1 and 2 instead of a PwD certificate, with the certificate clearly indicating 'SEVERE' under the Dyslexia category to avail benefits under the PwD category.

Age Limit Criteria:
Candidates in the OPEN/EWS/OBC-NCL category must have been born on or after October 1, 2000.
Candidates in the SC, ST, or PwD category must have been born on or after October 1, 1995.
Number of Attempts:
A candidate can attempt UCEED for a maximum of two times.
Attempts must be consecutive years.
Qualifying Examination Criteria:
Candidates should have passed all subjects in the qualifying examination (Class XII or equivalent) of the academic year.
Alternatively, candidates appearing for the qualifying examination for the first time in the same academic year are also eligible.
Students from all streams (Science, Commerce, and Arts & Humanities) are eligible to apply for UCEED.
