What is the DU CSAS portal?

Following the CUET qualification, students who want to take admission in Delhi University must know about the DU CSAS portal. All UG admissions will take place through this portal. The full form of DU CSAS is Delhi University Common Seat Allocation System. The seat allocation is conducted through this portal. It has three phases in it which include the following:

• The students must apply to the University of Delhi through the CSAS application form. The CSAS application form fee is Rs. 250.
• Fill in the course and college preference.
• The allocation of seats will be done, and all communications will be done through the dashboard, email, and admission website.

DU Design Course Selection Process

The selection process of the DU design courses is based on the ranks of the students based on their CUET. The students with higher ranks have greater chances of getting their preferred colleges. Web designing in Delhi University is offered at institutes like Kalindi College.

CUET Subjects for DU Design Course

The students need to appear for the CUET exam with certain subjects in order to be eligible for the DU design courses. The web design course in Delhi University is a full-time Bachelor of Vocational Education course which students can join through the CUET entrance exam. The students need to appear for the CUET entrance exam, which is conducted by NTA every year. The students need to appear in specific subjects in the entrance exam. The students need to fill the CUET application forms with the specific subjects and appear for the exam. Delhi University Design Course Eligibility Criteria

The Delhi University web design course requires students to fulfil certain eligibility criteria, which are listed in the official brochure. The Delhi University design course eligibility criteria include that candidates must have completed class 12th or equivalent before taking admission in the course. Along with this, students need to have appeared in CUET subjects as per requirements.

Bachelor of Vocational Education, specialised in web designing in Delhi University is a course for students to pursue at the undergraduate level. The CUET entrance examination must be in the following combinations to be eligible for the course of web designing in Delhi University.

Combination 1

• They must choose any one language from list A.
• Opt for mathematics or applied mathematics.
• Any two subjects, of which one is from list B1.

Combination 2

• Any one language from list A.
• Select mathematics or applied mathematics.
• Section 3 of the CUET general test.

Delhi University Graphic Design Course

Admission to Delhi University's graphic design and DTP course, which is offered as a lab-based offline mode course, is done on a first-come, first-served basis. The course is offered by the Open Learning Development Centre, School of Open Learning. The duration of the Delhi University graphic design course is 6 months, and skill sessions will be delivered on the campus of Open Learning, and a detailed timetable will be sent to the registered email ID. The course fee is Rs 20,000. Students who have completed 12th from any stream can join this course. There are 40 seats under the Delhi University graphic design course, and two classes per week, with a duration of 1.5 hours each on Saturday and Sunday, will be conducted.

Animation, Motion Graphics, Photography, Video Editing:

The course is offered by the School of Open Learning in an offline mode. The duration of this course is 6 months. The classes will be held on Saturday and Sunday, 1.5 hours each. The classes will be held on the campus of Open Learning, for which the students will receive a detailed timetable through their email ID. The students need to have qualified the 12th examination in any stream to be eligible for this course. The admission is done on the basis of first come 1st served. The total fee of this course is expected to be around Rs. 40,000.
