What is UCEED?
Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) is a national level exam conducted by IIT Bombay every year to offer admission to the eligible candidates in B.Des programmes at colleges accepting UCEED scores and result sharing institute. Since the exam is appeared by the maximum number of candidates, procuring admission in the dream design colleges may be an arduous task. The institute released the official notification of UCEED 2021 on September 9 on its official website. Candidates who fulfilled the UCEED eligibility criteria 2021 can fill the application form by providing the required documents and details. Candidates could fill the application form of UCEED from September 9 to November 17. Candidates are shortlisted based on the marks obtained in Part A. Candidates could register for UCEED 2021 counselling and seat allotment from March 13 to March 31 in online mode.

IIT Bombay has declared the UCEED result 2021 on March 10. Students can check the result by providing the requisite details in the login window. The concerned authority will also provide the scorecard of UCEED for the qualified candidates. UCEED scorecard will contain the name of the candidates, marks obtained in Part A and B, overall score, etc. The scorecard of UCEED will be valid for a period of one year from the date of result announcement.
UCEED cutoff 2021 (𝛿) for Part-A marks to shortlist candidates for the open category will be 𝜇 + (𝜎⁄2) = 𝛿, where 𝜇 and 𝜎 are the average marks and standard deviation of the distribution of marks obtained by all the candidates in Part-A of UCEED 2021. The 𝜇 and 𝜎 will be rounded off after the first decimal place. The candidates belonging to the reserved categories shall have to fulfil a relaxed cut-off mark, which will be 0.9𝛿 for OBC-NCL, 0.9𝛿 for EWS, 0.5𝛿 for SC/ST and 0.5𝛿 for PwD, where 𝛿 is the cut-off mark for OPEN category. The concerned authorities will release the UCEED 2021 cutoff which specified the minimum qualifying marks. Students must score the minimum qualifying marks or above it to consider admission in B.Des courses. The cutoff of UCEED will vary for different categories. The factors which are taken into account while determining UCEED cutoff 2021 are as follows.

IIT Bombay prescribed the eligibility criteria of UCEED which include all the parameters to be fulfilled by the candidates. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the entrance exam if they fail to meet the UCEED eligibility criteria 2021. Aspiring students are advised to go through the criteria prescribed before filling the registration form. The specified UCEED 2021 eligibility criteria are mentioned below.
Candidates must pass 10 + 2 exams or any equivalent examination from a recognised board. Students must have Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics subjects in their qualifying exam.
Aspirants from the general category must be born on or after October 1, 1996. However, students from SC/ST/PwD candidates are eligible to apply if they are born on or after October 1, 1989.
Aspirants can appear UCEED entrance test multiple times.
Aspirants could fill the application form of UCEED from September 9 to November 17, 2020, in online mode. Students must keep the required documents and information in preparation before filling the UCEED 2021 application form. While filling the registration form aspiring students must provide the required documents and information completely. The steps to fill the UCEED application form 2021 are as follows.

Aspirants can download the UCEED admit card 2021 by entering the login id and password in the login window. UCEED hall tickets will be available for download till the day of examination. If candidates find any discrepancies in the UCEED admit card then they must immediately report to the concerned authorities for modification. UCEED 2021 admit card is an important document that candidates will have to carry it to the test centres along with a valid identity card.

IIT Bombay provided the mock test of UCCED on January 6 in online mode. Aspiring students must practice the UCEED mock test 2021 to be aware of the type of questions asked in each section. By solving the UCEED mock test, students will be able to know how to review the answers of every question and how to move to the next questions from each section. Students can only practice mock tests of UCEED only on a desktop or laptop computer but not on a mobile phone.
UCEED 2021 Exam Analysis
IIT Bombay successfully conducted UCEED 2021 on January 17 from 9 am to 12 noon in various exam cities. Test-takers were given a maximum of 180 minutes to solve 69 questions. Candidates who appeared for the exam found Part A of the question paper slightly tricky. Numerical answer type questions are comparatively difficult to the multiple select questions.
IIT Bombay provided the draft UCEED 2021 answer key for part A on January 21 along with the response sheet. Students can download the provisional UCEED answer key 2021 and match with their answer sheet. By comparing the draft answer key, candidates will be able to know how many questions that they answer correctly. Through UCEED answer key aspirants can calculate the estimated score. In case if candidates find any discrepancies in the provisional UCEED 2021 answer key, then they can challenge it till January 24. However, while commenting the answer key candidates must provide enough proof to support their answer key. The examination cell will release the final UCEED answer key 2021 after gathering all the comments from the students on January 31, 2020
The qualified candidates could register for UCEED counselling and seat allotment 2021 from March 13 to March 31. The fee for the registration of UCEED 2021 counselling and seat allotment is Rs 1000. IIT Bombay announced the UCEED counselling and seat allotment result for the 1st round on April 10 in online mode.
Based on the rank, category and choice of the institute, students will be allotted seat. There will be three rounds of UCEED depending on the total number of seats that are available. The Indian Institutes of Technology, Bombay conducts the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) every year for all the candidates who want to pursue B.Des programmme.
The application form of UCEED has been released on September 9.
Candidates who wants to appear in UCEED should have passed 12 class examination or any other relevant examination in the 2020 or 2021.
Candidates who did not meet age criteria were not allowed to apply for UCEED 2021. The application form of such candidates were liable to get rejected.
It is advisable that you use the recommended browser while filling the application form and paying the fees.
Yes, you can appear in the UPSC as well as in other competitive exams if you have pursued B.Des.
The ranks are awarded to the candidates on the basis of the marks scored by them in the entrance exam as well as on the basis of the category to which they belong. There are four categories such as the Open category, PwD category and reserved category.
Your seat will remain afloat till the third round and it is after that it will be automatically frozen. If any round is held after the third round then in such a case allotment will be done but there will be freezing of seats.
You can withdraw the seat till the last date of third round of seat acceptance.
If the seats are left vacant after the third round of seat allotment, then in such a case candidates will be allotted depending on the category and the rank that they have secured. In the supplementary round, allotment will close at least one day before the day for reporting and registration to the institute.
Students could fill the application form till November 10, 2020, without late fee. With late fee candidates could fill till the UCEED registration form 2021 from November 11 to 17.

As per your rank and previous year cutoff, IIT Bombay cutoff for IDC School of design is 21 in first round if counselling.
Cutoff rank is 22 in second round of counselling.
And cutoff rank is 32 in third round of counselling. So, you have a chance to get this college if cutoff rank imgoes beyond 31.

As per the last year's cutoff the cutoff for IITDM Jabalpur was 85 and above for general category .So being SC you can easily get there.You have also chance for IIT Guwahati and Hyderabad since the SC rank of those colleges stays around 70.
