Below is the 8-step test process for the Sharda University design admission:
Step 1: After filling out the online registration form, the candidate will receive an email from Sharda University containing a booking link, user-id & password
Step 2: Candidates will log in using their credentials and book the exam slot by selecting the following:

Step 3: Candidates should report at the centre on the selected date and time. Candidates must carry a copy of their hall ticket (passport-size photo affixed) and any valid ID card issued by the Government.
Step 4: The centre will verify the candidates based on the hall ticket, photo ID card & attendance roster for that centre. The candidate's signature will be taken on the attendance sheet at the centre. To start the exam, the candidate should log in.
Step 5: Candidates will attend the exam at the centre.
Step 6: The candidate’s result will be sent to Sharda University after completing the examination cycle.
Step 7: Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interviews at the institute.
Step 8: Appear for PI (Personal interview) at the Sharda University campus.

After successful booking of the exam schedule on OEBS, the applicant will be able to generate a tamper-proof admit card containing all the relevant data required for examination. Applicants need to carry two copies of the hall ticket to the examination centre with the recent passport size photograph attached on it (Note: Applicant should bring relevant Photo ID proof (Original) and Application Fee Deposit Proof (generated at the time of payment of the exam fee) at the time of SUAT examination, without which the applicant will not be eligible to sit in the examination.
Candidates will be able to download their result for the Sharda University design admission 2026 at the official website. Aspirants who will clear the entrance exam will be eligible for a personal interview. Candidates who will pass the personal interview round will be offered a provisional admission letter. Selected candidates will have to pay the required admission fee.
