The UI/UX design full form is User Interface and User Experience Design. Both these design specialisations overlap with each other, but there are also certain areas where they differ.
User Interface is a field of design concerned with the look and feel of the product or a web page. It deals with the layout of the product presented to the customer or user.
On the other hand, user experience is concerned with providing real and meaningful experiences to the user. It is much broader in scope and includes the usability, aesthetics, and functionality of the product, and how a user perceives and responds to the product.
Some examples of UI/UX design in action are given below -
Google Maps: Lets users easily set up their location and destination and offers plenty of options such as live location sharing, real-time navigation and so on.
Spotify: The app makes the entire listening experience comfortable with easy search, the option to add songs into a watchlist/liked songs, retrieve songs from the playlist, and so on
