AIEED Exam 2025: Registration (Open), Exam Dates (Out), Syllabus, Pattern, Eligibility, Preparation

AIEED Application form 2025 notification was announced by the ARCH College of Design & Business at aieed.com. To complete the AIEED 2025 application form, candidates need to fill the form with all required details, selecting the preferred exam date, upload the documents and pay the application fee of Rs.3000. The AIEED 2025 registration last date will be notified. Candidates will be able to pay the AIEED application fee by using the debit card, credit card, or by using any online payment gateway. 

How to fill the AIEED application form 2025 

Candidates can follow the below steps to fill the AIEED 2025 registration form:

• Candidates need to register first 

• Sign by giving the details like name, email id, mobile number, city and select the course level and course and submit the form. 

• Candidates need to login register form by giving the email and password

• Fill the AIEED registration form by providing the personal and academic details 

• Upload the required documents and pay the application fee.

To be eligible for UG and PG programmes at AIEED, candidates need to meet the following AIEED 2025 eligibility criteria: 

For Undergraduate Course

• Candidates who have either passed their 10+2 examination or are currently in class 11 are eligible to take the entrance exam. 

• Its essential that candidates must have passed or be appearing for the qualifying exam from specific board such as

  • Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)

  • Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE)

  • International Baccalaureate (IB)

  • National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) or equivalent as per UGC Guidelines are eligible for AIEED screening for design studies. 

For Postgraduate Course

• Candidates holding a bachelor's degree in any discipline from the recognised university can apply for postgraduate courses.  

ARCH College of Design & Business specifies the AIEED 2025 exam pattern at aieed.com. The AIEED 2025 consists of three parts:  PED screening, CATA screening, and POA & SoP. Candidates can check the complete details of AIEED 2025 exam pattern from the table below: 

AIEED Exam Pattern 2025 

The AIEED admit card will be issued by the ARCH academy of design. The AIEED 2025 admit card will be issued two-three days before the exam date. Candidates can download their admit card from the official website.  

Steps to download AIEED admit card 2025

• Visit aieed.com
• Click on the link to download the AIEED 2025 admit card 
• Login using ‘Control Number’ and ‘Password’
• Upon successful login, the hall ticket of AIEED 2025 will be displayed on the screen
• Download and take a printout of the same.

ARCH academy of design will declare the AIEED result 2025 after completion of all stages within 5 days from the exam date. The AIEED 2025 results will be sent to the student registered mail. Aspirants can check their results by entering their login credentials such as email id and password. The AIEED results display the following details such as candidates name, marks of the candidate and roll number and rank.

• Click on the ‘AIEED result’ tab
• Enter the login credentials - registered email ID and password
• The result of AIEED 2025 will be displayed on the screen
• Download the AIEED result 2025 and take a print of the same.

ARCH design college will conduct AIEED 2025 counselling after the announcement of results. The AIEED counselling dates 2025 will be published on the official website - aieed.com. The AIEED counselling process is the second step in the AIEED selection process. After the completion of AIEED screening for design test, the authorities will conduct the AIEED counselling process 2025. A separate counselling process of AIEED 2025 will be conducted for both undergraduate and postgraduate design degrees.  Candidates who will qualify the AIEED screening test will be eligible for AIEED counselling.

Eligibility for counselling is determined based on the applicant’s AIEED 2025 results, interview performance, academic record, and portfolio. Following the counselling process, applicants will be allocated seats for their desired academic programs based on their merit rank. It is mandatory for qualifying and selected applicants to attend the counselling session at the ARCH Academy of Design Campus on the designated date and time.

Remember that participating in the AIEED 2025 counselling procedure does not guarantee admission; acceptance into the chosen design program depends on merit. Ensure that you meet all eligibility criteria and provide the necessary documents during the counselling process for a smooth experience.

The AIEED screening process is a crucial step for design aspirants seeking admission at AIEED design programmes. AIEED screening for design studies consists three stages: 

• Stage 1: Psychological Endowments for Design (PED): This stage aims at testing ther candidates aptitude and comprehensive and communication skills such as empathy, appreciation, creativity, toughness, Openness, Perseverance & Focus, Sense of Humour/ appreciation of humour/ connections and many more. Candidates also need to submit their statement of purpose (SOP ) and a portfolio of abilities (POA). 

• Stage 2: Interaction: This stage involves personal interaction with the admissions panel, which includes interview, portfolio review and statement of capabilities (SoC). 

Stage 3: Result Declaration: The authorities will release the final results based on the merit list. Qualified candidates can proceed to the next level for admission at AIEED for the preferred courses.
