Eligibility Criteria for FDDI PG Admission 2026

• M.Des. in Footwear Design & Production: Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an institute or university recognized by law in India. Candidates without a design background may be required to complete a bridge programme consisting of two to three relevant subjects to gain essential design knowledge.

• M.Des. in Fashion Design: Candidates should have completed a Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized institute or university in India.

• MBA in Retail & Fashion Merchandise: Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian university or institution.

• Candidates Awaiting Results: Candidates who have appeared for the qualifying Bachelor’s examination for the above programmes but whose results are pending at the time of admission are eligible to apply. If selected, they will be offered provisional admission and must submit their final results to the concerned Admission In-Charge on or before 30 September 2026. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of admission and forfeiture of fees. Proof of appearing in the final examination must be presented during the counselling process.

• Age Limit: There is no age restriction for admission to the Master’s degree programmes (M.Des. / MBA).

How to Fill the FDDI AIST 2026 Application Form?

Candidates can fill out the FDDI Application form using the process below.

Step 1: New Candidate Registration

• Visit the official FDDI website and select the option for fresh candidate login

• Enter the required details to register for the chosen programme using a valid email ID

• Submit the registration form as details cannot be edited once submitted

• Login credentials and confirmation will be sent to the registered email ID

• The registered email ID and date of birth will be used for all future logins

Step 2: Prepare Required Documents

Before starting the application process, candidates should keep the following information ready and details ready

• Active email ID valid for at least one year

• Personal and academic qualification details

• Category certificate for SC, ST or OBC Non-Creamy candidates if applicable

• Disability certificate for PwD candidates if applicable

• EWS certificate if applicable

• Scanned passport-size photograph in JPG or JPEG format not exceeding 50 KB

• Scanned signature in JPG or JPEG format not exceeding 50 KB

• Debit or credit card details for online payment of the application fee

Step 3: Fill the Application Form

• Log in using the registered email ID and date of birth

• Click on the option to fill the application form

• Carefully enter all personal academic and programme-related details

• Ensure accuracy as eligibility will be evaluated based on the submitted information

• Save the details while filling the form and edit if required before making the payment

Step 4: Upload Photograph and Signature

• Click on the image upload section

• Upload a recent passport-size colour photograph with a light, preferably white background

• Ensure the face, eyes, and ears are clearly visible and avoid caps or dark glasses

• Upload the signature scanned from white paper using black ink

• Ensure both images are in JPG or JPEG format and do not exceed 50 KB

Step 5: Pay the Application Fee

• Proceed to the payment section and complete the payment using a debit or credit card

• Review all details carefully before making the payment

• Once payment is completed no changes will be allowed in the application form

• However, a short correction window will be provided from April 21 to 22, 2026 until 4 PM for limited personal detail updates except exam city.

Step 6: Print the Application Form

• Access the print application option after submission

• Download and print a copy of the completed application form
