CEED Entrance Exam Eligibility 2026: Minimum Qualification

Candidates need to meet the CEED MDes eligibility for the academic qualification prior to applying for the entrance exam. Candidates who meet the criteria below are eligible to appear for the CEED exam.

Candidates must have completed a graduate degree/diploma/postgraduate degree program of a minimum of THREE years (after 10+2 level) or must be appearing for the final examination of such a program by July 2026, or must have passed the GD Arts diploma program (10+5 level) by July 2026.

There is no age limit to appear for CEED 2026. Also, a candidate can appear for CEED any number of times as they wish. There is no restriction on the number of attempts a candidate can make for the CEED exam.

While the CEED score is important, most of the institutes use full selection process that includes your CEED score(Part A and B), Portfolio and often an interview or studio tests.Your 6 years of experience, strong portfolio and relevant coursera certificates can add significant value during admission in IITDM, Srishti etc which consider the overall profile not just the rank.
