The year 2022 witnessed a pandemic, but FDDI students still managed to grab lucrative packages. Almost more than 100 companies took part in the placements. Skechers, Inditex, Reliance Brands, Mirza group, Damilano, Puma, and BATA are a few top ones. Puma offered 6.3 Lakhs per annum, and Byjus offered 10 Lakhs per annum. The FDDI average package was Rs. 3-3.5 Lakhs per annum.
For the year 2020-2021, there were 230+ recruiters and a whopping 86% placements. The highest international package was 14 LPA by Landmark International, and for domestic it was Rs. 10 LPA by Admit Kard. Uniqlo, Relaxo, BATA, ZARA, Aditya Group, etc, were the top recruiters.
The 2019-2020 placement reports show that Bata, Tata International, Reliance Luxury, Puma, Charles and Keith, Relaxo, etc. were the top companies which offered jobs. The top salary was offered by Marks and Spencer, which was Rs. 6.34 Lakh per annum. The maximum students were grabbed by Bata in the profiles of merchandisers, designers and retailing, with 5 lakhs being the maximum offered. More than 20 students got Rs.4 Lakhs per annum salary. Other top companies that had job offers are Decathlon, Alpine Apparels, Armani Exchange, Future Group, Khadims, Lotus Footwear (Nike), Max Lifestyle, Oma, BrandFolio, Shopperstop, House of Raisons, Belle Fille, Shahi Menon, Monrow Shoes, Triedge, Skechers, Liener Shoes, Rex Shoes, Versatile Group, Arvind Footwear, and Superhouse. In that year, 377 out of 437 students were placed.
The year 2018-2019 witnessed the arrival of international companies. Uniqlo (Japan), Victorinox (Germany), PUCA Shoes (Dubai), Apparel Group (Kuwait), Zomato, D’Lords, Blackberry, Dixcy Textiles, and H&M all came to participate in the placements.
