Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay will conduct the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design on January 19. Aspirants have to carry their admit card and a valid id proof at the exam centre. IIT Bombay issued the UCEED admit card 2025 to all registered students on January 3. Along with the admit card for UCEED 2025 entrance exam, the authorities have also released exam day guidelines.

UCEED exam timings 2025

IIT Bombay will conduct the UCEED exam for the duration of 3 hours. UCEED exam timings 2025 are 9 am to 12 noon.

UCEED 2025 reporting time

Candidates who are going to appear for the UCEED exam are required to report at the examination centre (as allotted in the admit card) at 7:00 am on Sunday, January 19, 2025.

Documents to carry

Along with the hard-copy of UCEED exam admit card 2025, candidates should also carry a valid, original photo identity proof.

No Extra time

The identity of the candidates will be verified by invigilators as well as IIT representatives. If the identity of any candidate is in doubt, the candidate may not be allowed to appear for the examination. However, at their discretion, the authorities may permit the candidate to appear for the examination after completing certain formalities. No extra time will be allowed to complete the examination instead of the time taken to complete these formalities. If candidates with doubtful identities are permitted to appear, their candidature shall be subject to the decision of UCI Committee, which shall be final and binding.

Drawing Materials

Candidates must bring their own pencils in a transparent packet, Sketch pens, color pencils, poster colors and other colouring materials are not permitted inside the examination hall.

In your case, you do not need a separate or additional category validity ceriticate for IITs. Caste validiity certificate only exists for students from Maharashtra. The central format is sufficient for IIT admission.
