The National Testing Agency conducted the NIFT entrance exam which consisted of CAT and GAT. The CAT Exam stands for Creative Ability Test, which was drawing-based and only the aspirants of BDes and MDes had to appear for it. The general ability test or GAT, is compulsory for all aspirants, and it tests the aptitude of students.
