The National Testing Agency has concluded the NIFT 2025 GAT paper at 11 am. According to the students who appeared for today’s NIFT entrance exam, the difficulty level of the paper was moderate. Although the difficulty level was moderate, students witnessed unexpected questions. In GK, the majority of questions are asked from fashion and brands as compared to history and geography.

NIFT entrance exam GAT include questions from the communication ability, english comprehension, quantitative ability, analytical ability, general knowledge and current affairs. Students have analysed based on their difficulty levels. Some find these sections easy and some difficult. Some find the time management difficult to understand and complete the exam.
The NIFT Logical reasoning section was easy.
The Quantitative ability section was easy. In the Mathematics section, more focus is done on probability. Basically Maths had more 10th class questions.
In the NIFT Gk section, most questions were from handloom, fabrics, gold & silver embroidery, author based.

According to the sources, the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) entrance exam for 2026 will be held in February 2026. Also, the registration period may open from November 2025.

Yes , you are eligible for NIFT - UG 2026 . Based on your birthdate , you will be 19 years old as of August 1 , 2026 , which is well within the age limit .
NIFT requires applicants to be under 24 years of age on August 1 of the admission year , with a 5 year relaxation for SC/ST/PwD candidates .
