The UCEED cut-off 2026 for part A is arrived at by adding half the standard deviation of the mark distribution of all candidates’ marks in Part A to the average marks of all candidates in Part A.

As per the result evaluation criteria, for the OBC and EWS categories, the UCEED 2026 expected cut-off marks for Part A will be 0.9 times that of the general category. For the SC and ST category, part A cut-off 2026 will be 0.5 times that of the general category.

In your case, you do not need a separate or additional category validity ceriticate for IITs. Caste validiity certificate only exists for students from Maharashtra. The central format is sufficient for IIT admission.
