The Indian Institute of Technology Bombay will conduct UCEED 2026 on January 18, 2026. UCEED 2026 Total Marks

The total marks in UCEED 2026 are 300. UCEED Part A will be for 200 marks, UCEED Part B will be for 100 marks. While Part A is objective, Part B of the question paper is subjective.

Type of Questions in UCEED

The type of questions in UCEED varies for Part A and Part B. Part A is the objective section in UCEED, which will be administered online and will have three types of questions. Part B is a subjective section where candidates have to attempt offline.

Type of Questions in UCEED Part A

  • Numerical Answer Type (NAT)- For a numerical answer type of question in UCEED, the answer will be a number that must be entered on the screen using a virtual keyboard.

  • Multiple Select Questions (MSQ) - For the multiple select type of questions in UCEED, there will be one or more correct answers to a particular question. Candidates will be given full or partial marks depending on the answers they mark

  • Multiple Choice Question (MCQ)- For multiple choice questions in UCEED, the candidates have to select one correct answer from four given choices.

Type of Questions in UCEED Part B

The questions in Part B of UCEED will test the candidate’s design aptitude and drawing skills. Candidates have to attempt the question offline, while the questions will be displayed on the computer screen
