How to fill UCEED Application Form (Closed), Required Documents

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has concluded the UCEED 2025 form filling process. The last date to apply for the UCEED exam with late fee was November 18. However, the UCEED 2025 registration last date without late fee was October 31. It was advisable to keep the required documents beforehand to fill out the UCEED 2025 registration form in one go. • A recent passport photograph taken within the last six months with the head in the center covering the frame 70% to 80% of the photograph.

How to fill out the UCEED Application Form 2025?

Aspirants eligible could fill out the application form for UCEED 2025 in online mode. If candidates fail to submit before UCEED 2025 registration last date, then they had to fill out the UCEED 2025 application form by paying a late fee (Rs 500) within a stipulated time. The steps to fill out the UCEED application form will be as follows.

Step 1 - UCEED Registration

Visit the official website - uceed.iitb.ac.in for UCEED exam registration and fill out the UCEED application form 2025. For a new UCEED registration, candidates will have to click on the ‘Register button’ and provide the following details.

• Name

• Email Id

• Mobile Number

After entering the email id, click on the ‘Submit’ button. A notification will pop up on the screen stating that ‘An email with activation URL will be sent to the email address provided by the candidates’. Students will have to visit the provided email address and then click on the activation URL within 12 hours and fill in the details as directed.

Candidates must note that they must provide a valid email Id at the time of UCEED registration 2025 as important information regarding the UCEED design entrance test will be sent on the same email id.

Step 2: Filling the online UCEED application form 2025

After clicking on the activation link received on the registered email id, candidates will be redirected to the new window where they have to fill in the following details according to the specification.

• Registered email ID ( It will be auto-filled)

• Salutation

• Full name of the candidate

• First Name

• Middle Name

• Last Name

• DoB

• Mobile Number

• Address

• Nationality

• Country

• State

• Pin code

• Secret Answer

• Password

• Confirm Password

After providing the requisite information, click on the ‘Proceed’ button.

Note that the entered date of birth and the secret answer will be required later if candidates forget their password and want to reset it. After completing the first step of email registration on the IIT Bombay external user registration portal, candidates will have to visit the official website of UCEED to fill out the UCEED 2025 registration form.

Click on the ‘Go to UCEED Home Page’ button. Candidates will be redirected to the home page of UCEED.

Step 3 - Click on the ‘login’ button

After clicking on the login button enter the following credentials.

• Email id

• Password

Then click on the ‘login’ button. Now provide the following details in the given space.

• Physical disability - Yes or No

• Birth Category

• DoB

• Qualifying year

• Mobile number

Then click on the ‘Mobile Verification’ button. Candidates will receive the OTP number on their registered mobile number. Enter the OTP number in the provided space then click on the ‘Mobile Verification’ button again.

Step 4 - Fill out the UCEED 2025 Application Form

In the UCEED application form 2025, candidates will have to fill out the following information. However, the information that has been already provided during the registration process will be auto-filled in the application form for UCEED 2025.

In UCEED 2025 registration form, candidates will have to select the UCEED exam centres. Candidates will get the liberty to select a maximum of three exam centres of UCEED.

Answer Yes or No to the question ‘I authorize IIT Bombay to share my personal information with other result-sharing institutes (even if I do not qualify)?’

After entering the aforementioned details in the UCEED application form 2025, candidates will have to click on the ‘Save’ button. Review the details that have been provided in the UCEED registration form and then click on the ‘Confirm’ button’.

Step 5: Uploading scanned images

In the process of filling the UCEED 2025 application form, candidates will have to upload the following documents.

• Scanned image of the candidate’s photograph

• Scanned image of the candidate’s signature

• Birth of certificate

• Qualifying exam certificate

Then click on the ‘Upload document’ button. And click the tick on the declaration box where you will be certified that the documents you have uploaded and furnished are correct. Then click on the ‘Save and Proceed For Payment’ button.

Step 6: Pay the UCEED 2025 application fees

The students will have to pay the UCEED registration fees as per their category while filling the UCEED application form 2025. Students must note that after the payment of the application fee, they won't be able to rectify the UCEED 2025 registration form. Students will only rectify the UCEED registration form 2025 before the payment is made.

The application fee for UCEED will vary for different categories. Candidates will be able to pay the application fee in online mode through net banking/ debit card/ credit card/ wallet/ UPI/ Google Pay/ Scan and Pay.

To pay the UCEED registration fees click on the ‘Make Payment and Submit’ button

NOTE: Candidates will have to pay Rs 500 more if they pay the fee after the stipulated time.

Payment details will be reflected on the screen. Candidates will have to select the payment mode and click on the ‘Proceed’ button and then click on the ‘Make Payment’ button.

After clicking the payment button, students will be redirected to the PayU Payment gateway. Select the payment mode and provide the required information. Then click on the ‘Pay’ option.
