Steps to fill the application form of UCEED 2021

The steps to fill the UCEED application form 2021 is listed below.

Step 1 - Registration

Candidates must visit the official website to fill the UCEED 2021 registration form. For new registration, candidates have to click on the ‘Register button’ and provide the following details.

• Email Id

After entering the email id click on the ‘Submit’ button. A notification will pop up on the screen stating that an email with activation URL has been sent to the email address provided by the candidates. Students have to visit the provided email address and then click on the activation URL within 12 hours and fill the details as directed.

Candidates must note that they must provide the valid email Id at the time of UCEED registration 2021 as important information will be sent on the same.

Step 2 - Fill the Details

After clicking on the activation link received on the registered email id, it will be redirected to the new window where candidates have to fill the following details as per the specification.

• Registered email ID ( It will be auto-filled)

• Full name of the candidate’s

• First Name

• Last Name

• Mobile Number

After providing the requisite information, click on the ‘Proceed’ button.

Note that the entered date of birth and the secret answer will be required later if candidates forgot their password and want to reset the same. After the completion of the first step of email registration on IIT Bombay external user registration portal, candidates have to visit the official website of UCEED to fill the UCEED registration form 2021.

Click on the ‘Go to UCEED Home Page’ button. Candidates will be now redirected to the home page of UCEED.

Step 3 - Click on the login button

After clicking on the login button enter the following the credentials.

• Emai id

• Password

Then click on the login button. Now provide the following details in the given space.

• Physical disability - Yes or No

• Birth Category

• DoB

• Qualifying year

• Mobile number

Then click on the ‘Mobile Verification’ button. Candidates will receive the OTP number on the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP number in the provided space then click on the ‘Mobile Verification’ button again.

Step 4 - Fill the UCEED registration form 2021

In this part of the application form of UCEED 2021, candidates have to fill the following information. However, the information that has been already provided during the registration process will be auto-filled in the UCEED application form 2021.

After entering the aforementioned details in the UCEED 2021 registration form, candidates have to click on the ‘Save’ button. Review the details that have provided in the application form of UCEED and then click on the ‘Confirm’ button’.

Step 5 - Upload the required documents

In this part of the application form of UCEED 2021, candidates have to upload the following documents.

• Scanned image of candidate’s photograph

• Scanned image of candidate’s signature

• Birth of certificate

• Qualifying Exam certificate

Then click on the ‘Upload document’ button. And click tick on the declaration box where you will be certified that documents you have uploaded and furnished are correct. Then click on the ‘Save and Proceed For Payment’ button.

Step 6 - Make the payment

In this section of the UCEED 2021 application form, students have to pay the application fee as per the category. Students must note that after the payment of the application fee, they won’t able to rectify the registration form. Students can only rectify the UCEED registration form 2021 before the payment is made.

The application fee of UCEED varies for different categories. Candidates can pay the application fee in online mode through SBI net banking/ debit card/ credit card/wallet/UPI/Google Pay/Scan and Pay.

To pay the UCEED registration fee click on the ‘Make Payment and Submit’ button

Note that candidates have to pay Rs 500 more if they pay the fee after the specified due date of UCEED 2021 registration.

Payment details will be reflected on the screen. Candidates have to select the payment mode and click on the ‘Proceed’ button and then click on the ‘Make Payment’ button.

After clicking the payment button, students will be redirected to PayU Payment gateway. Select the payment mode and provide the required information. Then click on the ‘Pay’ option.
