Aspirants need to track the UCEED exam dates to avoid missing any crucial events. The important dates for the UCEED 2027 exam registration are as follows.

UCEED Application Form 2027 - Documents to be kept beforehand.

The list of the required documents and details to be kept beforehand are as follows.

• A recent passport photograph taken within the last six months with the head in the center covering the frame 70% to 80% of the photograph.

• Scanned copy of the candidate’s signature.

• Qualifying exam certificate if appeared in 2026.

• For the candidates who will appear in the qualifying exam in 2027 - A certificate from the school/ college principal in the specified format is mentioned (UCEED Appendix 1) in the official brochure.

• A gazette notification showing the change of name if the candidate's name is not the same in the class 10+2 certificate.

• OBC - NCL, ST, SC, EWS, or PwD certificates, if applicable

• PwD candidates who will require scribe and/or compensatory time - A request letter in accordance with the specified format in UCEED Appendix 10 of the UCEED official brochure.

How to Fill UCEED 2027 Application Form? Step-by-Step Guide

Eligible aspirants must fill out the application form for UCEED 2027 in online mode before UCEED 2027 registration last date. The detailed steps to fill out the UCEED application form was as follows.

Step 1 - UCEED Registration

Visit the official website - uceed.iitb.ac.in for UCEED exam registration. To register, candidates will have to click on the ‘Register button’ and provide the following details.

• Name

• Email Id

• Mobile Number

After entering the email id, click on the ‘Submit’ button. A notification will pop up on the screen stating that ‘An email with activation URL will be sent to the email address provided by the candidates’. Students have to visit the provided email address and then click on the activation URL within 12 hours and fill in the details as directed.

Candidates must note that they must provide a valid email ID at the time of UCEED registration, as important information regarding the UCEED design entrance test will be sent to the same email ID.

Step 2: Filling the online UCEED 2027 application form

After clicking on the activation link received on the registered email ID, candidates would be redirected to a new window where they have to fill in the following details according to the specifications.

• Registered email ID (It will be auto-filled)

• Salutation

• Candidate's full name

• First Name

• Middle Name

• Last Name

• Date of Birth

• Mobile Number

• Address

• Nationality

• Country

• State

• District

• Pin code

• Question

• Secret Answer

• Password

• Confirm Password

• Enter Captcha

After providing the requisite information, click on the ‘Proceed’ button.

Note that the entered date of birth and the secret answer will be required later if candidates forget their password and want to reset it. After completing the first step of email registration on the IIT Bombay external user registration portal, candidates must visit the official website to fill out the UCEED registration form.

Click on the ‘Go to UCEED Home Page’ button. Candidates will be redirected to the home page of UCEED.

Step 3 - Click on the ‘login’ button

After clicking on the login button enter the following credentials.

• Email Id

• Password

Then click on the ‘login’ button. After this, provide the following details in the given space.

• Physical disability - Yes or No

• Birth Category

• Date of Birth

• Qualifying year

• Mobile number

Then click on the ‘Mobile Verification’ button. Candidates will receive the OTP number on their registered mobile number. Enter the OTP number in the provided space then click on the ‘Mobile Verification’ button again.

Step 4 - Fill the UCEED Application Form 2027

In the application form, candidates need to fill out the following information. However, the information that has been already provided during the registration process will be auto-filled in the application form

Examination Cities

Candidates need to select the UCEED exam centres in the order of their preferences. Candidates got the liberty to select a maximum of three UCEED exam centres.

Answer Yes or No to the question ‘I authorize IIT Bombay to share my personal information with other result-sharing institutes (even if I do not qualify)?’

After entering the aforementioned details in the UCEED application form 2027, candidates need to click on the ‘Save’ button. Then they needed to review the details that have been provided in the UCEED registration form and then click on the ‘Confirm’ button’.

Step 5: Uploading scanned images

In the process of filling the UCEED application form 2027, candidates have to upload the following documents.

• Scanned image of the candidate’s photograph

• Scanned image of the candidate’s signature

• Birth certificate

• Qualifying exam certificate

After which they must click on the ‘Upload document’ button. And then check the tick on the declaration box where they must acknowledge that the uploaded documents and furnished information are correct. After this they have to click on the ‘Save and Proceed For Payment’ button.

Step 6: Pay the UCEED 2027 application fees

The candidates need to pay the UCEED registration fees as per their category while filling the UCEED application form. Students have to note that after the payment of the application fee, they won't be able to rectify the UCEED registration form. Students can rectify the UCEED registration form before the payment is made.

The application fee for UCEED will vary for different categories. Candidates can pay the application fee in online mode through net banking/ debit card/ credit card/ wallet/ UPI/ Google Pay/ Scan and Pay.

To pay the UCEED registration fees, candidates needed to click on the ‘Make Payment and Submit’ button

NOTE: Candidates had to pay Rs 500 more if they pay the fee after the stipulated time.

Payment details would be reflected on the screen. Candidates can to select the payment mode and click on the ‘Proceed’ button and then click on the ‘Make Payment’ button.

After clicking the payment button, students would be redirected to the Payment gateway. They can select the payment mode and provide the required information. After which they have to click on the ‘Pay’ option.
