In your case, you do not need a separate or additional category validity ceriticate for IITs. Caste validiity certificate only exists for students from Maharashtra. The central format is sufficient for IIT admission.

With a score of 107/200 in Part A, your expected cut off will be around 75.36 as per 2026 category. This is above UCEED cut off 2026 , which is 70.86. The students are considered for part B cut off when they cross Part A cut offs.
