The National Institute of Fashion Technology has released the NIFT round 1 seat allotment on June 27, 2026, on its official website - nift.admissions.nic.in. All the shortlisted candidates from the NIFT entrance exam will be able to check the seat allotment on the candidates' login portal. Candidates who have been allotted seats will have to download their provisional seat allotment letter and submit their willingness along with the payment of the admission fee before July 1, 2026. The NIFT seat withdrawal guidelines and dates have been notified on the official website. All the candidates who wish to withdraw their seats will have to submit their seat withdrawal request by July 17, 2026. NIFT Answer Key 2026 Date
The National Testing Agency(NTA) has released the NIFT 2026 final answer key on March 23, 2026. Candidates who have appeared for the NIFT entrance exam can download the NIFT final answer key 2026 from the official website. The NIFT provisional answer key was released on February 17, 2026. After the provisional answer key release, candidates were allowed to raise objections against the answer key with a specific fee. After considering the valid objections, authorities have released the NIFT 2026 final answer key.

NIFT 2026 Notification Date

NIFT Application Form 2026 Date
The deadline to complete NIFT 2026 registration ended on January 19, with a late fee. The application deadline with a regular fee was January 16, 2026. Earlier, NTA commenced NIFT 2026 registration on December 8, 2025. Aspirants seeking admission into NIFT design programmes are required to register and submit the application form online at the official website - nift.ac.in before the prescribed deadline.
