Develop time management strategy-In the remaining days, candidates should work on developing a time management strategy keeping in mind their weak and strong areas. Specific time duration should be allotted for solving each question, and candidates should stick to it. This will aid in completing the exam on time. Moreover, it is a wise thing to move on to the next question if one finds himself/herself getting stuck on a particular question. Such troublesome questions should be revisited at the end of the exam.

Solve NIFT entrance exam sample papers-Trying to attempt maximum number of practice papers, mock tests and previous years’ question papers is essential. This will help in formulation of a plan regarding how a candidate should go about solving the actual exam paper. He/she can also understand the exam pattern and format of questions asked in the exam. Moreover, practising the model test papers will help the aspirants in knowing their strong and weak areas. This knowledge can be utilised while attempting the NIFT test paper.

can someone apply for NIFT without appearing CAT and GAT?

Sonali Sahu Student Expert 13th Oct, 2019

hello,

NIFT has nothing to do with CAT or GAT. Those are the exams for MBA. NIFT is for admission in fashion courses.

The eligibilitiy is just marks of your 10th and intermediate. The main point is the candidate must have qualified both from a recognised board and must be having PCM as the compulsory subject.

The exam has an age limit to be 23 and there is 5 years relaxation for category reserved candidates.

Hello
Isaac Lalramnghaka

Yes, you can get NIFT, Mumbai even if you gave your Entrance Exam in different centre. The centre of your entrance exam is no mode for the college you are given admission in. So don't worry. You will be getting the college according to your marks and rank.
