NID DAT exam pattern 2025 prelims consists of two sections such as objective type of questions and subjective type of questions. The NID B.Des prelims paper pattern evaluates the candidates aptitude for design, observation, creativity, and communication skills.

Difficulty Level was easy to moderate with some questions being pretty straightforward and some needed complex analysis and were time consuming. Questions were asked from topics including General Knowledge, Reasoning, Sustainable Development etc.

  1. Drawing Section (Subjective):

This section in NID B.des 2023 question paper was moderately difficult with questions asked from topics like Perspective drawing, Storyboard creation and Problem-solving scenarios. This section was time-consuming, with some questions being more complex than others.

In overall, candidates found paper lengthy, which may have impacted time management. The paper also involved tricky questions especially in the drawing section which required careful attention.
