Types of NID DAT 2025 Merit Lists
The authorities released two merit lists for NID DAT 2025 that are described below:
Prelims Merit List: Based on the NID 2025 exam the authorities will compile the DAT prelims merit list. Only the selected candidates who make it onto this list were eligible to proceed to the NID DAT Mains.
Final Merit List: The final NID DAT merit list is compiled by the authorities, taking into account a candidate’s scores in both the NID DAT Prelims and NID DAT Mains. The allocation of seats for B.Des and M.Des courses is done dependent on this list. The final merit list is used for NID DAT 2025 counselling and seat allotment.
The final NID DAT 2025 merit pdf lists are divided into several categories: General, General-EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, ST PwD, and Overseas. No, IPU (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University) does not accept NID DAT Prelims score for admission to the B.Des (Bachelor of Design) program.
Instead, IPU conducts its own entrance test or may consider CUET (UG) scores for B.Des admissions, depending on the latest admission guidelines. Always refer to the university's official prospectus for the year you're applying to for the final admission criteria.
